Paperknife Solo provides free, browser-based online tools categorized into:

• PDF Utilities: Merge, split, compress, protect, unlock, rotate, watermark, page reorder, OCR, and document conversions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JPG, PNG).
• Image Tools: Compressor, resizer, cropper, format converter, flipper, rotator, quality enhancer, blur/sharpen filters, and metadata inspector.
• Online Calculators: High-precision financial, mortgage, loan, tax, percentage, salary, health (BMI/BMR), and unit utility calculators.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our tools for lawful personal, educational, or commercial business operations in accordance with these Terms.

You affirm and warrant that you own all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to upload and process the documents and images you submit to our platform, and that your files do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or violate any applicable laws.

To safeguard your confidentiality, all files uploaded to Paperknife Solo are treated as strictly ephemeral:

• Processed files are stored in isolated server directories with randomly generated, unguessable cryptographic tokens.
• Both original uploaded files and output files are automatically purged by server cron jobs within 1 to 24 hours.
• It is your sole responsibility to download and backup your processed files immediately following conversion. We do not provide long-term file storage or data retrieval services.

Our 50 online calculator tools (including mortgage, loan, EMI, interest, tax, salary, BMI, and calorie tools) are engineered using established mathematical formulas and financial algorithms.

You expressly agree not to engage in any of the following restricted activities:

• Uploading files containing malware, viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, or malicious code designed to compromise server integrity or harm other users.
• Deploying automated scrapers, web spiders, bots, or scripts to flood our servers or bypass rate-limiting protocols without our written consent.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or exploit security vulnerabilities or decompile the proprietary backend application logic.
• Processing content that promotes hate speech, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual content, or illegal activities.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate access, block offending IP addresses, and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in instances of malicious conduct.

While users retain full ownership of their uploaded files, all proprietary elements of Paperknife Solo—including our source code, site design, customized 3D vector icons, branding, logos, trademarks, and documentation—are the exclusive intellectual property of Paperknife Solo and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property treaties.

Paperknife Solo displays advertisements through Google AdSense and third-party advertising networks, and may contain links to external third-party websites. We do not endorse, sponsor, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party advertisements or external websites. Interacting with third-party advertisements is done solely at your own risk.

Paperknife Solo is provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Paperknife Solo, its operators, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages—including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or files—arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our tools.
